Paula Napier brings a profound wealth of clinical expertise and administrative leadership to Mimi's Place. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and is a Registered Nurse (RN), equipping her with deep insights into patient recovery and clinical care continuity. Complementing her medical background, she holds both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA), ensuring that the operations of Mimi's Place are managed with the highest standards of professional care, regulatory compliance, and structural integrity.


At Mimi's Place, Paula oversees strategic partnerships with community organizations, hospital discharge planners, and healthcare providers. She establishes and enforces the program's structured, drug- and alcohol-free environments, manages strict intake assessment protocols, and coordinates resources to support the independence, dignity, and long-term stability of veterans, seniors, individuals with disabilities, and adults navigating difficult life transitions.
